As Founder and Principal of Crystal Global, he provides strategic direction to the group’s investment activities and operating businesses, focusing on sustainable growth, disciplined execution and long-term partnerships.

Director – Operations & Investments

Avi Panday oversees operational and investment-related activities across the group’s businesses. His responsibilities include business operations, inventory and asset management, project coordination and the evaluation of growth opportunities.

He is actively involved in the retail, real estate and investment activities of the group and supports the execution of long-term strategic initiatives.

Sonal Panday oversees finance, administration and governance functions across the group’s activities. She plays an important role in supporting the management of operating businesses, financial oversight and organisational development.
